Very happy with the quality

Ideally, if you're making a real Neapolitan pizza, you'll need a wooden pizza peel to load the pizza into the oven and a metal peel to turn, move and rotate the pizza to take out the oven. This works very well for the first part of the process. A little flour and semolina won't make it sticky. If you still want it to be quick, have all the ingredients ready. You don't want to leave pizza on the skin for too long. Now for the quality: the wood is really nice. It is treated with natural beeswax (so food safe) and the box comes with extra wax. In order for them to last, they must: - not be dropped - cleaned quickly - waxed - stored in a place where humidity or temperature will not change too much/quickly. (Don't leave it next to the stove). I've used wax on a few other raw wood tools I have and it has enhanced the wood very well. I'll try to buy wax of the same quality separately as it's great. . Waxing is also very relaxing for me, so it's not routine. I would definitely buy it again if I had to.
