The most important thing I like about this software is that it has very user friendly UI so anyone can use easily without any technical issues or skills required to use. It's easy to integrate into our existing systems, allowing us to keep up with modern day technologies quickly and efficiently. There are some minor bugs in terms of the admin portal which makes it difficult sometimes to find what you're looking for at times. If you have a team who work remotely then this allows them to collaborate seamlessly across time zones. We've been able to streamline our processes using dradis as we were previously manually processing tickets from different sources. This means less errors being made due to manual entry meaning more accuracy! As well as saving time by eliminating duplicate tasks.
