Bought to replace another Keurig I took to the office. I like this a lot for the most part. The reason for the 2 stars is that from the dispenser area water will either seep into the cup below or if there is no cup the tray and onto the counter. It's a small amount, an ounce or two at most, and seems to happen more frequently when the tank is full. asked. I have considered returning this unit to Revain and getting a new one just in case its just my unit, honestly I don't have the original packaging and don't want to deal with the hassle of sending it back and the reasons too to explain. , go through Square Trade (if necessary) and so on. For now, I'm "just finding out" not knowing if I'll continue to be a regular Keurig customer in the future. I sincerely hope you have good luck with your purchase. All in all, this is yet another BIG K-Cup Single Serve unit barring a very annoying leak and less than blunt support from Keurig if you ever need to contact them. **Updated 7/26/18: I have updated this review. and star rating from 2 stars to 4 stars today. After several attempts and finally a response from Keurig customer service through/based on my Revain review, I had to call Keurig again to explain the situation. They acknowledged that this "leak" issue was something they had experienced with many of the earlier devices and they will be replacing mine. To date I have received an email confirmation that the new unit has been dispatched and will be here in a few days. Also included was a paid shipping label for Keurig that I need to return. For me, this is exactly what I was hoping for from the start, and I'm grateful to Keurig for deciding to fix the problem. The reason this is still 4 stars and not 5 is because I've put in a lot of work and taken the time to admit it and the fact that I still don't know "for sure" what the new device is is the same problems. is still a source of information, I will update my review again to inform potential buyers.
