The hair is longer, but it's worth it!
They definitely weren't as easy to install as I would have liked, but the price and Prime were worth it. An OEM order was out of the question and would have taken longer. They can be 1/4-1/2 inches longer, while one end was easy to install, the other end required a bit more force (and a hammer) to get it in place. Otherwise everything works great and I no longer have to worry about my suitcase falling on me.
- PURPOSE - Use the compressed gas contained in the cylinder and compressed by the piston to exert force to support the weight of the front hood or tailgate and tailgate. When they're open, you don't have to hold the door with your head.
