I have been using this product daily for about a year. This is my morning, to start the day, it is absolutely necessary for me. often too much and makes me shake, but if you find your balance you can pick me up without shaking. You have to stir or shake before each drink to mix the power back up, but this is a really great product. This is a veterinary business and I'm proud to support it!
