Great brand but not for severe anxiety

I have chronic insomnia and daily anxiety problems. To address this, I've tried avoiding prescriptions. So, I have a junior. Experience with natural remedies. I have used this brand for many other supplements and have had great results. It's better than some soothing herbal supplements. However, it's certainly not as effective as many of the others I've tried. I would try another if you have real anxiety or sleep issues.
