I love making dumplings!

I was dying to try my new Potsticker rolling pin. The size and weight are just right for rolling circles and the dimensions on it are great! The dough didn't stick and was very easy to clean. The meat tenderizer end worked great for crushing my garlic and ginger root. I strongly recommend you try it!
