I like that it is an online resource for any software or hardware needs of our business! It's easy to use, very helpful whenever we need assistance with something specific (even if its general help), as well good customer service in response time when issues arise within their system; which often happens from lackadaisical support staffs who do not respond quickly enough - they'll usually say "I will get back" but never really follow up until you send them again asking about your issue/question- sometimes days later!! This helps us avoid going through other channels such has contacting individual vendors directly because there are so many things covered under one roof here at SyncCrew. SyncCrew is a great platform to manage our whole workforce and to do that we can do it in a very simple way. The customer support is excellent. They are always ready to help and resolve our doubts. Very good platform with good customer support. I have not found anything to dislike about this software. Great tool to manage your workforce. We are managing the whole workforce with this software. We can also track the employees attendance to avoid any issues.
