The simplicity of setup, ease of use and low cost are all great things about control up. I am particularly impressed with how well it integrates with our existing ticketing system, so we can keep track of tickets as they come in, whether or not they're being monitored by Control Up, and so on. We've also been able to get some very useful insight into what's impacting our users most, which has helped us prioritize our fixes. I would like to be able to export data at intervals rather than just once a day, but this doesn't seem possible without writing a bit of code. I'd recommend Control Up if you're looking for a simple way to monitor performance across your digital platforms and identify bottlenecks. It makes it easy to know when something isn't working as expected, and where to fix it.
