Review on 🕯️ Gold Holder Christmas Window Candles - Battery Powered White Flameless Taper, Detachable Base, Flickering LED Light, Automatic Timer, Remote Control & Batteries Included - Set of 8 by Alejandro Silem

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Finally a solution without cables and with minimal effort

Here is my experience when buying 3 packs of 8 of these candles: 1. The setup is pretty easy. You must unscrew the upper part, consisting of the "flame" and the locking screw to which it is attached, removing the red plastic that prevents the battery from contact during transport.2. When unscrewing the top, make sure it is fully seated, otherwise the candle will not work. At first I thought that many died because of it.3. Make sure the slide switch is on. It is located at the bottom of the candlestick - when the candlestick is inserted into its base you have to pull the candle out of the base to see it. If you look very closely in bright light you will see that one direction is marked with an arrow "0" (meaning "out") and the other direction is marked with a "1" (meaning "on") with an arrow pointing inward the other direction. .four. If you want them to turn on automatically, put them all together in one place (remote range is *very* short, around 6 inches in some cases). At the time you want them to turn on each day, press the ON button. button on the remote control, then the mode button (flashing or solid), then the time button. For example, I wanted mine to turn on at 4pm every day and then turn off at midnight, so I pressed "on". , "Continuous" , followed by "8H". With each key press, ensure that all candles flash once, indicating the command has been received. Repeat the same command if not all are blinking and hold the remote closer to the intruder(s). 5. Now distribute the candles in their final locations They will automatically turn off after the programmed time (e.g. 8 hours) and turn on again the next day at the originally programmed time All Pros and Cons :- In- First is it magical If I had been found with one a few hundred years ago I would have been hanged for witchcraft. To be honest, a programmable candle with a wireless remote control for less than $6 each. It's hard for me to complain about that. They're not the brightest light in the world, but they look good in the right context. The color of the light is about right (combines well with an incandescent bulb). I didn't use the twinkle mode because it made them a bit darker on average. Of the 24 purchased, two do not communicate with the remote control - they are always on in blinking mode. The other two were dead and resisted all attempts to revive them. Didn't want to mess with the return so I'll live with that as I have enough candles now. There is a slight time deviation, which means that after a few days you can see the candles turning on and off. at slightly different times. You can live with that (like me) or piece them all together and reprogram them to improve their timing. Overall I like them for my 250 year old home. They seem to fit (except witchcraft).
