I'm not an electronics fanatic with a lot of technical knowledge. But I know what works and it works very well. TRAVEL-FRIENDLY DESIGN - Pens can be folded into a pad. It's labeled: 12W Input: 100-240V-50/60Hz, 0.35A Output: 5V.2.4A I connected it to my iPad at 62% and in less than 20 minutes it was 72%. So 10% surcharge in 20 minutes +/-. If that's enough for a full charge, I'm guessing it will last 200 minutes. 3 hours 20 minutes. I googled the time it takes to charge an iPad and found it takes 5-6 hours. I'm draining the battery and going from empty to a full charge to test this calculation. If it's significantly different, I'll post a sequel. The seller communicates well and delivers quickly.
