Stainless steel trays wanted for my toaster; everything is either non-stick coated (can't be) or galvanized (otherwise awful). They look like stainless steel, come in a variety of handy sizes, and come with reusable silicone mats. They easily fold into a storage box under our oven and we use them several times a day. Metal may or may not be *a little* light, but it has pros and cons and seems strong enough for any normal use; There is a rounded edge for security and strength and the thickness seems sufficient to make it fully rigid. Let's assume (big guess, but it's an easy way to check) that the metal and mats are made of good materials (not all stainless steel is created equal) then these are perfect. They also get top marks in terms of utility, appearance and (so far) durability. No bend, no rust, clean, 2 smaller sizes can match our toaster, and the set can meet a variety of needs.
