Easy to clean and use

Very smooth wood although knife marks are already visible. I don't know yet if that's a problem. I love the fact that they are very easy to clean and I love that there are no burrs or ridges on the edges, I can easily move the veg around the pot or pot. 3 different sizes are great too.
