After buying 4 different floor steamers for 6 years I have refrained from buying another wooden floor steamer. I also bought 2 rotary mops. What a waste of money. Anyway, I decided to purchase this O-Cedar Microfiber Steam Mop after reading many reviews posted. Although I've only used this machine twice, I noticed a few positive points, much more comfortable than another vape I've had for about 2 years. First, it stands upright and doesn't need to stand or lean against anything to stand still. And second, the microfiber pad sticks much better than my other vape, which was a nightmare because after washing it shrank and couldn't fully wrap around the base; That alone was worth the cost of this car. Third, the vapor output of my other vape was mediocre compared to this machine, and it is continuous vapor, unlike the other vape that went in and out of vapor; However, I'm not sure if this machine's vapor output reaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit, but it seems to me that this is enough. This car has a few things that could be improved. The swivel base is both positive and negative. Pros: I like the triangular swivel base, which makes it easy to reach corners and tight spots; especially the toilet base/floor and skirting board. Cons: A crackling sound can be heard when the base/base handle is misaligned or facing up, especially in tight spaces or corners. There must be a visible water reservoir on the outside of the handle so the user can see where the water level is. I will try to report the effectiveness or lack of effectiveness of this machine after 6 months of use.
