Thin cut fabric, NO ribbon.

This is NOT ribbon but a thin piece of fabric wound on a spool. Cute yes, but thin and doesn't really have a "finished" edge. Didn't flake off when tied in a bow, but as a crafter I wouldn't call it a BAND.
