Review on Orthopedic Loafers & Slip-Ons with Plantar Fasciitis Canvas Support for Men by Anden Turn

Really helped with heel pain

As I get older I sometimes find myself doing things that previously had no negative consequences. I wore flat sandals for a few days and replaced the deck. Not the best choice for being on your feet all day with heavy boards, walking up and down stairs and general jumping. I ended up with very bad heel pain and sore, tight Achilles tendons. Getting out of a chair after some sitting or getting out of bed resulted in a painful waddling for several steps before I started moving. I suspect it was plantar fasciitis and I've tried stretching and other internet remedies but it hasn't gone away. It got worse and better, back and forth, but it lasted more than 18 months. This was probably reinforced by walking barefoot in the house during quarantine/home office work. I finally decided to try arch supports, bought these slippers and forced myself to wear them instead of socks. I'm not kidding - after a few days I noticed an amazing improvement. The arch support is probably sufficient for most, but I have very high arches, so I added an extra insert and my problem went away almost immediately. I wish I had tried this a few months ago!
