Review on MicroStrategy by Stephen Pendergrass

I like how easy it is for users with no technical skills at all (even non techies) can explore different types/sizes datasets without having much knowledge about SQL statements etc..

Easy access via browser as well! Not sure if you have this option but would love an app version too so we could view our dashboard within office hours instead during working days when there are other people around who might not be able understand what's going wrong!! It has been very useful since its implementation last year - especially looking into trending issues / customer feedback which was previously difficult due weather lag time before getting such information back through email surveys ets.
