I have tailbone issues and feel injured from cycling and regular driving. These shorts really help with that by softening my sit bones. It also helps me position my bum properly on the seat as I can sense when the cushions are in the wrong place. My tailbone doesn't hurt anymore so I recommend this product. I'm not sure if you need all the pads because I seem to mostly sit on the ones closest to the front, but I'm happy with them. You wear them under shorts so they look better to me than the tight biker shorts a lot of people wear.
