Lenses cannot be cleaned

All the products I've tried - soap and water, plain water, ammonia, alcohol - didn't help. There is some sediment, possibly from the insert, that just spreads all over the lens. As for this mission, I don't understand its purpose. It blurs everything so you have to keep scrolling the text of what you're reading up instead of scanning down the page with your eyes. Just a useless product and a waste of money.
