This kit exceeded my expectations. High-quality aluminum corners with pre-punched and slotted holes. A full set of mounting hardware was included. The included screws are 5/16" x 1" and fit perfectly in the corner holes. Each kit also includes 6 button head screws for easy panel angle adjustment. No instructions included but I had no trouble fitting the bracket kits to the panels using the pieces adjacent to the module(s) and think carefully before inserting the screws. My particular solar panels were from HQST which required 4 3/4" X 1/ mounting screws. 4". I have nothing against the supply of these 4 bolts and locknuts. I recommend this kit and would buy it again. Update: 3-11-20 Hardware is metric, not SAE. I think it's stainless steel too I've found that on some configurations it may be necessary to cut the corners off the slotted corners to have enough movement to use the slots for fine adjustment. I still like the kit and would recommend it I couldn't find a slotted aluminum corner but what they had in place was expensive which confirms me t. This kit's hat appears to be good value for money.
