Review on Kalawen by Alexander Craner

I was eager to check out Kalawen's web store because I enjoy spending time in my backyard. Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to their promise to deliver excellent products and customer service. First off, the goods I got were not at all high-quality. The cushions on the patio set I ordered had already started to fade, and it had dents and scratches. Not exactly the outdoor living area of my dreams. And I encountered nothing but annoyance when I attempted to contact customer service for assistance. My emails received no response for days, and the phone lines were always busy. When I did finally contact someone, they were unhelpful and seemed more irritated by my queries than anything else. My interactions with Kalawen were anything than amazing overall. I'd advise searching elsewhere if you're seeking for a business that keeps its commitments.
