Because the product's hooks are so easy on the board, this was surprisingly poorly executed. The hooks have on the Back 2 protrusions that fit into holes in the MDF board For some reason the manufacturer only threaded the bottom protrusion (M4 x 0.7) (if you want to design with only one hook it should be at least the top one ).The M4 threads weren't cut deep enough so the screws were all the way in and the hooks were still loose.This was fixed by removing all the hooks and running the faucet into these holes.The top boss is a slightly larger diameter and the hole in its center is already under the diameter of the tap for M5x0.8 threads, since I was already doing the M4 thread attachment, these top holes were cut and short M5 flat heads added, this required a very small recess in the MDF to allow the heads to sit flush (already a large hole in the MDF so only the outside edges of the M5 screw heads make contact with the MDF). The photos show an unused top hole into which M5 screws can be screwed. The countersinks for the screws that hold the board to the wall seem to be too deep. I wouldn't be surprised if the screw heads ripped out the back of the MDF board over time.
