Fall apart easily

I usually buy name brand shoes because they last longer but my daughter liked the look. She's been wearing them multiple times a week for three months and they're done! There are holes on the fingers, the glitter falls off and they look dirty. Her brother's New Balance shoes, bought at the same time and worn daily, still look great. I wish I had paid the extra $10 for a better brand that could still be worn.
