This bike is so quiet the first 2 nights I thought my hamster didn't like the update. He freaks out every night faster than I've ever seen him. I think this is because it adheres better to the cork lining and feels more secure. It does ride the carnival pirates a bit, but if it suddenly stops, the wheel itself doesn't move at all, and since it's held securely by the fairing, it doesn't toss or slide. This will be the only wheel I would recommend and the only one I will buy in the future if I get another hamster. Safety, sound, processing quality 5 stars.
