Sorry, I just don't get it. How does putting a piece of glossy plastic on a factory matte plastic sill "prevent" scratches? It's not - it just makes scuffs and scratches more visible than the original finish. They're not carbon fiber - and they don't look like carbon fiber - they look like a piece of shiny plastic. Stick-on Tesla or Model 3 labels scream that they are not Tesla products. I was particularly mortified to see that they are designed to go through the rubber on the edge. I am very disappointed in the way they look and have removed them from my car. If you follow my experience and want to remove yours, buy a supply of Goof-Off to help remove adhesive strips. I have to say that I had no problems installing it - everything went smoothly thanks to the included cleaning cloth. They are unlikely to peel off as the double sided tape is very sticky and will hold firmly.
