Easy way of automating your tasks and keeping track
It's easy to use, it has all features I want (automation etc) but not so much time consuming like some other systems out there - this one keeps everything under control! There are few things which could be improved by adding more or better fields/options eg date range selection box in analysis tabs- would also help with automation if possible? But otherwise great product!! Great support from their team too when needed even after long gap between releases.- Automated reporting options & export reports into MS Word format was what we were missing most at our end till now.

- Easy to use, can create automation rules easily, very user friendly and intuitive interface and also very easy to add custom fields
Cons
- Nothing really to dislike maybe the system could be more user friendly not just for the end user but for the administrators as well
