Add 2 AAA batteries and the blow dryer actually blows air. Lots of salon items included. You get your money's worth with this set. The carrying case is a bit flimsy and the latch came off (was able to put back on) after first use. Wish the case was a little bigger and more sturdy to hold all of the great stuff inside.My granddaughters take turns being the hair stylist and the customer. They seem to really enjoy playing with this hairdresser set.
