Does not cause irritation or redness. There is a fill indicator. Bought a small pack to try and didn't regret it! We were given a pack of these for discharge from the hospital, the child has grown up to them and I'm just delighted. They are very gentle. Usually we take diapers but of a different type, and these are even better, for newborns it is especially important that they are like fluff. #honestlyOpampers
