Review on 📺 Sanus Systems Vmpl50A-B1 - Premium Visionmount Tilt Mount for TVs (32-85 inches) by Joshua Mejia

This wall mount was easy to install, but we had problems right after installation. The tilt function was tricky to use as you can't reach behind the TV to adjust it, even with the "key" provided. We also had difficulty repositioning the TV on the wall mount. When we tried to tilt the TV, it flexed back even after the hinges were tightened. We ended up having to replace our TV and when we took it off the wall mount it didn't budge. We followed the instructions that came with it and even looked online for more info so we knew we were doing it right - it just wasn't going to come off the wall. In the end we were able to pull it out with great force, causing a lot of damage to our wall and almost damaging the TV. This also broke one of the locking mechanisms. We have contacted the manufacturer to see if we can get a refund.
