Works great as long as the bedding is good but thin

This scoop is great if you have really good bedding. At first I used regular spatula, but the holes were too small and the spatula didn't go through. I switched to Arm and Hammer Cloud Control as it is much thinner and the scoop works much better now. My biggest complaint about this product is the triangular tip. It's very thin, and if you have a round tray like me, you'll end up dropping what you've scooped. I took a pair of scissors and cut off a triangle. It helped a lot.
