Battery life is less than half of advertised

I charged it overnight and used it at high speed during the day maybe 2-3 hours and it's completely dead. It says it lasts for 6 hours at high performance should run. I work 10 hour days on the streets of Texas and wanted something to keep me cool. I want you to return it and buy something else, but I don't think anything will last that long. It's just an advertising lie. It's really cooling, not as much as I'd like, but it works. I would be perfectly happy if he lasted as long as he says.
