Edit: The replacement fan works.

Update: The fan was replaced by the company and the new fan has worked without problems so far. If it keeps running, it's a good fan. I have used this fan 3 times. The first two times it was a maximum of 2 hours and everything was fine. Then every time I loaded it. The fan lasted a maximum of 45 minutes the third time. I've tried charging it and it won't. The fan is dead. Will not charge after 3 uses. The fan is unusable.

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

I work 10-12 hours in a very hot warehouse. Battery life is critical to me as I need something that lasts my entire shift. I chose this 6000mah battery as I am convinced it should work. Well, I didn't get halfway through my shift the first day I used it, and it's dead. The battery life is up to 20 hours depending on the speed setting. I had it on level 1 and it lasted less than 4 hours. I am so disappointed. What a waste of money. I could get one for part of the cost! I suggest you do the same.

Battery life is less than half of advertised

I charged it overnight and used it at high speed during the day maybe 2-3 hours and it's completely dead. It says it lasts for 6 hours at high performance should run. I work 10 hour days on the streets of Texas and wanted something to keep me cool. I want you to return it and buy something else, but I don't think anything will last that long. It's just an advertising lie. It's really cooling, not as much as I'd like, but it works. I would be perfectly happy if he lasted as long as he says.

Good idea, but no bones!

My husband and I work on the road quite a bit. Since we lived in Phoenix, Arizona, I thought this was a good idea. Not the best idea for what I wanted! Hot Hot! When I used them it was 110. Wish it was better

It has great battery life (so far) and actually puts out a good amount of air for what it is. However, I was really hoping that the rear vents would work much better than they do, but I don't really feel how much air is coming out of the rear vents compared to the side vents. The side vents let out quite a bit of air, but the downside is that the device can't be bent, rotated, or moved, so the vents are stationary and only ever hit specific spots on the side of the head.
