received support one day earlier. Arrived undamaged and ready to use. Place it under the slide rail and just push it down (do not twist too hard as the camper will settle and put too much stress on the mechanism). We took him on our first walk and the difference was immediately noticeable. The camoer is tighter and the wobble is almost gone. Would recommend this support to my best friends.
