Broke on first use

I just wanted to bake cakes for my child and it happened. Definitely not a super thick batter. I'm not from yesterday, I know how to use a hand mixer. It was low skill. I have already contacted Revain and they have refused to help as they accidentally threw away the hammer. They wanted a USEFUL hammer sent back to them. What will they do with the useless hammer?
