02/21/2020 - seven month update: they are still great and work just as well as i bought them last year. I was sweating all over because of this and was stuck in the rain while walking the dog. The suitcase is still fully charged. These are my favorite wireless headphones for listening to music and hands-free calling. I'm very happy with the Duet 50. The push buttons only require a light press on the top of the device, meaning the earbuds don't go deeper into the head or cause discomfort when pressed. The clarity of the dual microphones is excellent. I used them all day for conference calls and witness interviews. As for the quality of the music, I believe Back Bay Audio's statement about the effort they put into the sound setup. I often listen to electronic music including Above & Beyond and listening through these headphones is such a pleasure I have never experienced before. I've included a few photos to show how small the charging case is and how small and compact the earbuds are compared to another model I bought from Revain with the same features and battery life.
