My laptop randomly turns off even though the battery level is over 50%. I contacted the seller and they said they were willing to offer a replacement or a partial refund. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I needed a good laptop to apply for an online job. Apparently I asked the seller if I would return the laptop, how long would it take for a new replacement to be delivered and I asked how much a part would be refunded if I can fix it easily here so which way is the quickest is. After 2 emails NO ANSWER to my questions! I currently use a laptop, but it needs to be connected to the network at all times to avoid accidental shutdowns. I hope buyers out there, this serves as a warning to all of you. Money especially doesn't come easy, especially now.
