I ordered this 10ft spiral surf leash for my son who is new to surfing because his original surf leash had a tendency to tangle on his foot during use. The product was delivered on time. After several attempts, he found that he was still confusing the leg. Before sending it back to Revain I tried to contact the seller at Surf and Snow Warehouse. I received a timely response from them: they asked me to keep this twisted one even though I chose the wrong type. And they offered me a straight surf line from their line. They suggested me the correct size surf leash based on the length of my surfboard and arranged for a new leash to be sent with ALL FREE! We got a new straight surf lead, my son tried it straight away and really liked it! I really have to give them 5 stars for their customer service. Although initially I didn't choose the right type, after talking to them I found a great solution. I will definitely come back to do business with them in the future!
