A neighbor gave me one of her 90 degree charging cables because one of my straight cables broke at the plug. I thought it was great because the 90 degree cable doesn't break. I ordered extra 90 degree cables for myself and another friend. I don't know why, but new cables can bend and eventually the wires will break. It hasn't happened to any of the three yet, but it has happened to one and I think over time the others will break as well. The charging cables were very cheap so I wasn't too upset.
