Found wrong model number and when I contacted customer service they told me I can't return it because I used a carrier. After that no information was provided to help but just repeated that it was my fault. The manager was very difficult to understand and when I kept asking for an explanation of what he was saying he just kept repeating "I see" and then kept saying it was my fault. The product looks great but now I'm stuck to mod this device to make it work. Overall just a bad experience. Very bad customer service. From the manager!
