Not everyone is the best at Accent & Off Road Lighting

To be honest I've never had to use lights because they needed to be plugged into an extra power source and I just didn't care. The instructions gave the impression that if there was no plug to plug into the cigarette lighter socket they could be inside or outside. Also, the coating on the tape peeled off so I don't think it would have stayed in place.
