User friendly tool which makes managing prospects so much easier

The best thing about ClmT is that it has all the features of any CRM, but in a very simple way to use for non-technical users. It's very easy to use and navigate through all the functionalities at once. There are some things that could be improved like custom fields, and some other minor bug fixes. We're solving our customer retention problem by providing them a one stop shop that helps them interact with our sales team, and follow up on their tickets. The ease of use, and the ability to have multiple users in the same system is great. I like that there are many different ways to pull data from the database. It's difficult to make sense of the reports when you don't know what your looking at. Also sometimes it will show you something but not give you the option to delete it. Try it out. There is nothing wrong with this product. We were able to manage our clients more efficiently because we could see all the leads they had in one place.

  • Very user friendly interface.
  • Easy accessability & navigation across functions
  • Great analytics tools available within SalesforceIQ module (such as lead source attribution)
  • Integration between SFDC/SFINQ makes everything seamless! No need two separate systems anymore!!
Cons
  • Upgrades can get expensive if too frequent
  • Somewhat limited functionality compared w CF
