Great platform - keeps everyone connected and organized

I like that it allows me to see all of my clients in one place, so i can easily keep track with them if needed! It is very easy for our office staff as well because we are able to access this online through any computer or mobile device from anywhere at anytime!! This has been great especially when you have multiple employees working remotely due to COVID-19 pandemic. The best thing about ClmT is that it has all the features of any CRM, but in a very simple way to use for non-technical users. It's very easy to use and navigate through all the functionalities at once. There are some things that could be improved like custom fields, and some other minor bug fixes. The ability to pull up detailed information about our customers, including their buying patterns in real time is amazing! We have been able to identify which clients are most likely to be interested in what we offer them through this system. It has also helped us understand who our best clients are.
