Lots of relief! for my opinion
I really like this pillow and I recommend it. My only issue is that the way the small pillow connects is through Velcro and if it’s not perfectly lined up, you can get scratchy Velcro rubbing on you. It should be buttons or something because in the middle of the night when you’re all hazy it’s hard to line up the Velcro perfectly. Otherwise it’s really nice and supportive and nice for all over the house.
