A great little portable air cooler that combines a fan and an atomizer that blows cool air with water and ice. It's paid and then wireless and portable, so you can use it on your desk, outdoors on hot days, or anywhere you want! Super simple instructions and easy to set up for immediate use! It's not a silent fan, but it's what you would expect, just like a fan or air conditioner isn't going to be silent either. Overall a great little product to chill with!
