I wanted to love this product so much! On our vacation last week, I carefully followed all the instructions and it worked fine on our 8 hour trip when both insulin bottles were full; I was so pleased. However on the return trip, when I packed the same two insulin bottles, one of them now 1/4 less full; the one that was less full completely shattered, so I lost 3/4 of a bottle of insulin as well as had to clean out all the shards of glass from the little bag. I'm not sure what went wrong; I can only assume it was because one of the bottles was not full. I am extremely disappointed.
