I bought the orange 18 inch jacket 6 months ago to use as a cool jacket as a raincoat. The fitting was great. My Bubi is 18 inches long from the base of the neck to the back. That's good because it keeps the rain out of his hair well, but it limits the appeal factor. It works well as a raincoat as it is easy to put on and take off and absorbs rain enough for potty breaks. Bubee hardly tolerates the harness, but he tolerates it very well. The keyhole for the leash is also a bonus. The orange color stands out well, but some reflective elements would be nice.
