Review on Replace Your Nalgene On The Fly Cap With BPA-Free Water Bottle Cap by Govindarajan Diepenbrock

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not a great product

This lid is ok at best once you know its limitations. With the weight of water in the bottle the lid is prone to opening if holding by a carbineer even when fully latched closed. Perhaps its not designed for this but even as such the lid does not close as reliably as a normal Nalgene cap. It came open in my daughters backpack also. On the other hand it is more convenient to drink from. Eventually the lid broke from trying to use the lid as a handle. If you want a more convenient way to drink then I'd recommend a CamelBak bottle with bite valve. This makes an otherwise good Nalgene not great.
