First of all, I didn't realize that buying Apple products from Revain was a mistake. This product taught me never to make that mistake again. The immediate problem was the disk full warnings. I have a terabyte of storage. It made no sense. Called Apple and found that a) it was restored (a fact I overlooked when ordering. My fault), b) the warranty had expired, and c) the seller wiped the computer, but erased the Mac storage from the TB instead -Memory has separated to keep it smooth. The Apple rep I spoke to said he recommends returning the computer and spending a few hundred dollars more on a NEW computer from a reputable Apple retailer (like Best Buy). I'm thankful we found and returned this bug on day one. within hours of receipt. I ordered my NEW iMac from Best Buy! The whole experience was terribly disappointing.
