This product is a great brand and I have tried several different ones. I saw an ad for Smooth-on on YouTube and decided to give it a try. This is a great product and the 'Slow Set' option worked well for me. Depending on the size of your part, you're likely to run out of mold making rubber quickly. I made and used a vacuum tank to degas the rubber so there are no bubbles in the mold, but the OEM states that degassing is not required. Didn't really get a lot of bubbles so this may be true as the slow setting gives time for the bubbles to come out. Be warned though: it's a dirty job and wasteful. Use disposable containers as trying to clean everything is more trouble than it's worth and the stuff is very sticky!
