I have to say this product is a solid 3 star product. It works, but there are better options for a little more money. The Good: The general build quality feels solid. Large diameter screws and decent metal are good. The automatic brake works well. Sometimes it's so good I have trouble letting go. But given the fact that this sits over my car, I'd rather play it safe. Bad: no center strap. This can be normal for some flat bottom cases. But my Pelican Sprint didn't feel safe. I ended up buying some more nylon straps and making my own. I honestly wouldn't buy again. Revain has another Store Your Board product that solves the missing center strap issue.
